AUTHORIZED MANAGER/OWNER/DIRECTOR First Name Last Name Business/Organnzation Name Email Phone (texting preferred) Agreement The above entity agrees to allow ALWAYS COAST LLC to manage their INSTAGRAM account. ALWAYS COAST LLC will provide this service to include at least 1 daily story post, and at least 3 weekly feed posts created solely for this entity, using photographs, graphics, and other promotional devices unique to this entity, as well as other information as directed by the authorized management/owners/directors of the entity. ALWAYS COAST LLC agrees to be available to the entity and to respond to requests within 12 hours. ALWAYS COAST LLC will be allowed access to existing entity Instagram account if currently established or will create a new Instagram account for the entity if one does not exist. If the entity cancels this Instagram management service, ALWAYS COAST LLC will reassign ownership and access of a newly created account to the entity at the conclusion of service for a $200 fee. THIS IS NOT MANDATORY and is at the discretion of the entity. The above authorized person and/or the entity agrees to pay ALWAYS COAST LLC: ~ $200 for the first month of service ("trial month") ~ $350 per month for continuation of service with a 3 month minimum agreement following the trial month. After this 3 month period, service will then continue on a month to month basis. Payment will be made on the date of contract and on that date each month as long as service is provided. If service is continued beyond the trial month, the entity understands that a 30-day cancellation notice is required prior to the end of the initial 3 month continuation and throughout the subsequent monthly service.
